Here at Hourglass Home Inspections we are not only a Florida Licensed Home Inspection Company, but we hold a Florida license for mold assessment and mold remediation.  Most people do not know if you hire an unlicensed contractor and they build something for you and it is not right, the person that hired them, has no recourse.  To have a licence in the fields of home inspection, mold remediation, and mold assessment a person must take a proctored exam, have insurance, pass a fingerprint background check, and meet all the requirements for the license. All this is required for all three licenses.
